Work out of Classification

Changed Section 2 to have agency conduct a pay equity assessment to determine

differential pay for WOC. Added section 6 that considers WOC pay amount part of

base pay after 12 months.

12.4

Lead Work Differential

Added sentence "Assignment of leadworker duties shall not be made in a manner

which will subvert or circumvent the administration of this article."

12.5

Protective Clothing & Uniforms (ODF)

Added language that Agency will provide outerwear to employees assigned

fieldwork in inclement conditions, subject to supervisory approval. Boot

reimbursement increased to $275

12.6

Outerwear Reimbursement (ODOT)

Changed from ANSI-approved shirts to ANSI-approved clothing

12.7

Boot Reimbursement (ODOT/OPRD)

Increased boot allowance to $275. For ODOT: updated boot eligibility to consider

applicable safety standards, in a Contractor's safety questionnaire, according to

MSHA requirements, or as a railroad requirement. For OPRD: updated boot

eligibility by adding "other appropriate work boots that are specific to the

employee's duties and approved by management"

Incorporate new differential that was previously negotiated in 2024 mid-term

grievance mediation
