A mistake was made by DAS and recently discovered after the contract was printed. Corrections are shown below with lined out redactions and highlighted additions.

Boot Allowance (ODOT Only)
Article 70, Section 2:

A.    Full-Time Regular Status Employees.  Eligible employees of record on July 1 of each odd-numbered year shall be eligible to receive reimbursement, provided the employee is assigned and performs work that requires ASTM/ANSI-approved boots. If an employee is assigned duties that do not require wearing ANSI-approved boots, or is on leave without pay for six (6) calendar months or  more, the employee will receive a prorated amount of the biennial reimbursement. If an employee is on leave without pay or not required to wear ASTM/ANSI-approved boots for the entire biennium, the employee will not be eligible for the reimbursement.
